    Rosalia Hosting District 6 1B Volleyball Tournament. November 4th and November 6th. Team Entrance and bus parking West side of school on Whitman Ave.; Spectator Entrance: on East side of school on Josephine Ave.

    School pick-up will be coned off prior to the release time at 3:05 p.m. for Rosalia student dismissal. Please plan accordingly and follow staff directions to help ensure a safe and smooth pick-up process.

    Welcome Julie Price

    Rosalia School District is excited to welcome our new Superintendent/Principal, Ms. Julie Price.Ms. Price comes to Rosalia with over 26 years of experience as a teacher, administrator and Title/LAP Director. She began her career as a middle school math and science teacher, transitioning later to the elementary as an intermediate grade teacher. Julie has also had the opportunity to coach middle school volleyball and, as a parent, actively supported track and cross-country events as well as high school equestrian teams.Ms. Price shared the following: “These experiences have deepened my connection to students beyond the classroom and strengthened my commitment to the whole child. Throughout my career, I’ve built strong relationships rooted in trust, collaboration, and a shared commitment to student success. I believe in the power of data-driven decision-making, inclusive practices, and continuous improvement to create learning environments where everyone thrives. I’m excited about the opportunity to serve the students, families, staff, and community of the Rosalia School District, and I look forward to partnering with all stakeholders to support meaningful learning and lasting growth.”Congratulations to Julie Price

    Emergency Routes only for Monday 2/24

    Rosalia Schools will be ON TIME on our regular schedule. Monday February 24th, but because of flooding and poor road conditions, buses will be running on EMERGENCY ROUTES ONLY.

    1. The Malden bus will pick up students at City Hall at 7:30 AM and drop them off there after school.

    2. The Thornton bus will pick up students at the Fire Station at 7:45 AM and drop them off there after school.

    3. North Bound Bus Route will not run.

    4. in-town Rosalia bus service WILL BE PROVIDED.

    Again, school will be starting ON TIME but buses will be running on EMERGENCY ROUTES ONLY with in-town pickup being available.

    SCHOOL COOK OPENING

    ROSALIA SCHOOL DISTRICT #320 is accepting applications for a School Cook opening. A minimum of two years’ experience in quantity cooking is preferred. Vocational or technical training may be substituted for work experience. The applicant must be physically able to perform the required work, able to lift a minimum of 45 pounds, and hold a current food handler’s permit.  The position is 6.0 hours per day, approximately 180 days per year. Hourly pay range DOE $18.67-$20.21.  Employee benefits include health, dental and vision insurance as well as state retirement system. Position is open until filled.
